GLUCOSAMINE & CHONDROITIN:
Did They Work for You?
Glucosamine and chondroitin, often derived from shellfish and widely accepted as the most popular ingredients for joint relief, may work for some people, but not for everyone. In fact, a landmark study conducted by the U.S. National Institutes of Health and published in the New England Journal of Medicine found that glucosamine and chondroitin may not be as effective as originally thought1. Furthermore, a 2007 Gallup study found that more than half of all joint relief seekers who’ve ever used glucosamine, quit taking it after just one year!2
